Series 1899 $1.00 Silver Certificates were printed appx. between the years of  1899
and 1928 when the Government changed the physical size of currency that is still
used today. All currency printed between 1862 and the series of 1923 measure
roughly 7 3/8"W x 3 1/8"H and is called Large Size Currency. This series consists
of 13 different signature combinations.
All Black Eagles have the same back as
shown with the exception of the inverted (printed up-side down)error!
